Having an internationally top ranked forklift trainer in your own backyard is reason enough, but there are other reasons as well.
Employers are seeking well-trained, informed forklift operators who have been properly educated on the safe and efficient use of powered industrial lift trucks. Any trained operator can operate a lift truck however, only well-educated employees minimize the risk of incidents, minimize wear and tear on the trucks, and operate the lift trucks more efficiently. Clients of Ideal Forklift Training have known for years that we take the appropriate amount of time to rigorously inform their staff on such subjects as legislation, responsibilities, liabilities, statistics, engineering principles, safety rules, load handling techniques and the proper and safe operation of the class of lift truck that matters most to each particular client.
We take the time to diligently educate the participants so that they come to realize, absorb and understand the materials put forth. And once they have completed the course, they walk away knowing everything they must in order to operate the forklift safely, not only for themselves, but for the pedestrians working around them. Many walk away now knowing and understanding what others have been trying to teach them previously.
Clients of Ideal Forklift Training know and understand the commitment and dedication we have towards a proper education on lift truck safety. Our class-specific PowerPoint presentations are extremely informative, written tests are properly thought out, and the practical portion (a must) is done under circumstances that far exceed normal daily operation. After meeting or exceeding Ideal Forklift Training's strict codes, employers can rest assure that their staff have been well-trained, well-informed, well-tested, and rightly deserving of 'certification'.
Only once they have met, or exceeded the minimum passing scores, do the participants receive their permits. They must EARN their certification. The certification is not merely handed out because of their attendance.
The holders of these permits assure their current, or prospective employers, that they have been thoroughly trained, and deemed competent to operate the lift truck in question.
